Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the affiliate's website or mobile browser, registering, or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and a legally competent adult under the laws of Bangladesh.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the platform. The affiliate reserves the right to amend these terms at any time — continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. Anyone accessing the platform from another country is solely responsible for complying with the local laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & Policy
1Registration Terms
Each user may register only one account. If the same individual is found to have created multiple accounts, the affiliate reserves the right to close all of them. Providing accurate name, mobile number, and other details at registration is mandatory. Registering with false information may result in forfeiture of rewards and suspension of the account.
A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (KYC) verification. KYC must be completed prior to making any withdrawal.
2Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Affiliate reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:
- Breach of Terms or Fraudulent Activity
- Managing Multiple Accounts
- Providing False Identity or Fraudulent Documents
- Use of Unauthorized Software or Bots
- KYC Not Verified
3Password & Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. Never share your password with anyone, and report any suspicious activity to support immediately. The affiliate will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Terms on Payments, Transactions & Bonuses
All financial transactions on the affiliate platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods. Account balances are updated instantly once a deposit is confirmed.
Completing KYC verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. Any funds derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — separate conditions apply to each bonus. Promotional offers are time-limited and will expire after the designated period.
Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means or abusing bonuses via multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.

Affiliate does not accept liability for any user's expected profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages. In the event of a dispute, affiliate's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's most recent deposit.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content, logos, designs, and software on the affiliate platform are protected by affiliate's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, distribute, or commercially use any content beyond personal use.
The platform may contain third-party links or services. The affiliate is not responsible for the privacy policies or terms of any third party, and users access such services entirely at their own risk.
Changes to Terms, Applicable Law & Contact
Affiliate reserves the right to amend, update, or revoke these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
